Interface Monitoring and Support

CES provides an array of client configurable solutions that can monitor interfaces around the clock. We build real-time alert services to notify support team members of any system problems, via email or SMS text messaging. Lab and Radiology Interoperability

CES brings first-rate skills to the area of lab and radiology integration. We integrate EHRs with industry leaders such as LabCorp, Quest and Sentara just to name a few. We perform mapping according to strict standards to exceed our customer’s expectations. A few of the interfaces we provide are; HL7v2 interface for ORM/ORU messages, DICOM interface for exchanging and viewing radiology messages, and LRI interface to integrate with Health Information Exchanges. (HIEs) for reporting specified lab results and observation to HIEs.

Health Information Exchange (HIE) Services
CES incorporates comprehensive knowledge in its construction of HL7v2 and HL7v3 messaging products using IHE profiles like Patient Identifier Cross-Reference (PIX), Patient Demographics Query (PDQ), Healthcare Provider Directory (HPD), and Cross Enterprise Document Sharing (XDS.b). We’ve developed interfaces using such web services as SOAP and its smaller bandwidth-consuming subset RESTful.
