Business Analyst

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any), Technology, or any Analytical Science-related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience collaborating with Business & Architecture teams.
Experience in defining and driving requirement gathering sessions.

Skillset
  • Work with scrum teams to clarify business requirements, remove roadblocks, and ensure continuous communication.
  • Gain alignment around product strategy.
  • Conduct business process improvement reviews and identify gaps in the current structure.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly status meetings.
  • Conduct internal and external reviews and formal walkthroughs among various teams.
  • Document proceedings from meetings and reviews.
  • Involve in test data validation.
  • Create test results and prepare test summary reports in JIRA.
Work location

Sugar Land, TX, with travel required to various unanticipated client worksites throughout the USA.

Programmer Analyst

Skillset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering any, Technology or related to support full life cycle development including requirements analysis, design, prototyping,coding, unit testing, integration and test.
  • The Programmer Analyst will also be involved in design, development, implementation, maintenance software development work. He/ She works with the technical team and interfaces directly with external vendors to define data requirements and resolve data integrity, prepare project status reports, and make formal presentations to management as necessary.
Work Location

Work location is Bolingbrook, IL with required to travel and work from various unanticipated client worksites throughout the USA.
