Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (any), Technology, or any Analytical Science-related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience collaborating with Business & Architecture teams.
- Experience in defining and driving requirement gathering sessions.
Skillset
- Work with scrum teams to clarify business requirements, remove roadblocks, and ensure continuous communication.
- Gain alignment around product strategy.
- Conduct business process improvement reviews and identify gaps in the current structure.
- Participate in weekly and monthly status meetings.
- Conduct internal and external reviews and formal walkthroughs among various teams.
- Document proceedings from meetings and reviews.
- Involve in test data validation.
- Create test results and prepare test summary reports in JIRA.
Work location
Sugar Land, TX, with travel required to various unanticipated client worksites throughout the USA.

Financial Analyst
Skillset
- Build & maintain valuation templates of portfolio companies of various industries/strategies.
- Prepare and/or update a valuation model for each private investment within the strategy.
- Review valuation templates against backup data provided & other financial statements.
- Coordinate and administer private equity valuation functions such as interacting with accounting/marketing/legal departments, external auditors, and valuation firms.
- Prepare valuation committee package.
- After finalization of valuations, submit pricing to pricing ops team.
- Review and monitor accounting systems to ensure pricing is consistent with valuation templates.
- Prepare tie-outs binder with templates & its financial backups.
- Evaluate internal procedures and set long and short–term goals.
- Travel (20%-30%) & relocation possible to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
