Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead to drive implementation and support for Oracle Cloud Financials. This role requires strong functional expertise across finance modules, collaboration with business teams, and hands-on execution of full lifecycle projects in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
- Configure and manage key modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
- Map business requirements to Oracle ERP functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Handle full lifecycle project execution including testing, rollout, and support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Document configurations, business processes, and test scripts.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Functional expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations and post-go-live support.
- Strong knowledge of core financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation Certification.
- Experience working across multiple industries.
- Exposure to integration of cloud and on-premise systems.
